The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a large fridge and plenty of kitchenware. It featured a nice mini terrace leading to the street and was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the metro. Nearby amenities included supermarkets, pharmacies, cafés, and many good restaurants. The location allowed for convenient travel to central Athens within 10 to 30 minutes by metro or on foot. A big supermarket was also just a short walk away.
