The apartment was modern, spacious, and very clean with artistic furnishings. It featured a fully equipped kitchen including a toaster and orange squeezer, as well as a washing machine and ironing facilities. The location was excellent, close to the metro station Evaggelismos and within walking distance of many attractions. Nearby amenities included supermarkets, bakeries, shops, and restaurants in a calm neighborhood. A small balcony overlooked the quiet courtyard without street noise.
