The apartment was well equipped and spacious, featuring a well-maintained kitchen and bathroom. It was located just a few minutes’ walk from the M3 metro station in a quiet, safe neighborhood with shops and bars nearby. The building had an elevator suitable for two people, and air conditioning units were present in each room. A supermarket was conveniently situated on the corner.
