The apartment was spacious, bright, and very clean with a large balcony. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro station and close to grocery stores and cafes. The neighborhood was quiet and central, providing easy access to the town center within 20 minutes on foot. Basic facilities were well provided, and an elevator served the high floor unit.
