We tried to reach the crew through ... about arriving earlier than 3pm but didn’t hear back until 2:45pm when we finally got the code. The room was noisy facing a main street and in a semi-basement, with a moldy smell that was probably from poor airing, but they did help us fast with a locker problem. The main bedroom looked like the pictures, and we were just happy to have it for a night’s sleep.
